During Your Session

  • Your engineer will always provide an MP3 and WAV file of your music from the session.
  • If you would like your raw session files (WAV stems or ProTools Session) as well, make sure to let the engineer know, as this is not provided automatically. Also, please bring a hard drive the day of your session so the engineer can provide them for you WITHIN your scheduled time. If you do not have a hard drive, the engineer can send your files via WeTransfer (all files must be downloaded within 7 days of your session or your files will expire) OR upload all your files to a flash drive for you to take with you. (Flash drives can be purchased for $10)

Tardiness Policies

  • Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session WILL be shortened in order to accommodate others who’s sessions follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your engineer has FULL discretion to determine whether or not there is enough time remaining to begin the session.
  • Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible to pay for the ENTIRE booked session.
  • Out of respect and consideration for your engineer and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time to your scheduled session.

Post-Session

  • If you would like your session files (WAV stems or ProTools session) AFTER your session has ended, there will be a minimum charge of $10 per song for us to send you all requested files.
  • We try and save all sessions as best we can, but are NOT responsible for any lost material once you leave your session.
